15City Manager Consideration of $311,636 fee for Baskerville Donovan, Inc. (BDI) to design and permit the FY08 dredging projects as identified in the Capital Improvements Projects budget, excluding Massalina Bayou East which is being awarded separately. An additional $31,495 is to be budgeted under this contract as a contingency allowance to be used only if needed to provided Geotechnical and water quality sampling as specified by Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitting requirements.
16City Manager Consideration of Task 5 with Wood + Partners for continuance of work to create a land use category and zoning district for the downtown area.
17City Manager Consideration of engineering fee of $11,270 to Hatch Mott MacDonald for the Massalina Bayou dredging design & permitting with a contingency of $10,000 for surveying and testing, to be provided by the City under separate contract, if required by Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
18City Manager Consideration of a request from the Panama City Amateur Radio Club to renew their lease with the City of Panama City.
19City Manager Consideration of Park and Parade Permit Applications.
20Addendum Request for approval of all terms contained in Ken Hammons' retirement proposal as submitted in its entirety. (Backup previously supplied to each Commissioner via facsimile).
21Addendum Consideration of change of policy prohibiting the City of Panama City from doing dredging and or work on private property and canals.
