As a convenience to vendors and an effort to streamline the bid submission process, the City of Panama City has provided this "Bid Submission Service".

The Director of Purchasing and/or his designee are the sole persons with access to all bids submitted using this service. No bids submitted using this service shall be opened prior to the bid deadline.

Due to the nature of technology and all possible unforeseen "glitches" that may arise using this service, you are encouraged to contact the Purchasing Department after submission to ensure the bid was received.
